Paul founded QS Support Limited back in 2010 and has successfully grown the business steadily over the past 14 years to now a recognised and established Consultancy Practice in the South East. Paul has been in the industry for 36 years and has gained a wealth of knowledge from working as a PQS, Contractor’s QS, and Local Authority QS, and gained several years’ experience overseas in Africa, New Zealand, Australia, Brussels, and Holland. Paul specialises in resolving Construction disputes and has a wealth of knowledge in the adjudication process, and mediation work.

Richard joined QS Support in 2019 and brings over 30 years of experience working with Main Contractors, Developers, and Subcontractors, managing all aspects of commercial control on projects from tender stage through to final account. Richard has extensive experience working on Measured Term Contracts and Schedules of Rates including refurbishments, fit outs as well as larger Projects. Being fully diverse in his role, Richard can work both pre and post contract and has a wealth of knowledge in estimating as well as post contract support. Richard focuses his operations for the company in the South East, and Kent.

Marcus specialises in pre-contract and tender preparation works, as it is his strong belief that setting the job up right at the start gives it the best chance to succeed during the construction phase. He joined QS Support over 6 years ago now, and has built up a strong reputation in his ability to provide robust, accurate, and reliable Bills of Quantities, and Schedule of Works for our clients. Marcus also supports the team with Post Contract operations and schemes and looks after projects for QS Support in and around the London areas. Outside of work, two Boston Terriers occupy much of Marcus’ spare time.

She brings a wealth of experience to the role including Health & Safety advice, document control ,and a great support to the rest of the team.
